Modern office setting Food provided We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing the office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is eager to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors to the office.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
